| What is your hiring process for non-sales positions? |
 |
- Search for available positions at our Web site’s Career Center.
- Find a position that best fits your qualifications and interests and create a profile with your basic background information and resume. This will take around 5-10 minutes.
- We will send you an e-mail to confirm your submittal. You may view your status for the position(s) that you have applied to at anytime by logging into our Career Center and clicking the “Jobs I’ve Applied To” icon.
- Our Recruiting Team will review your information and if your skills and experience meet the job’s requirements, the hiring manager will examine your qualifications.
- If the hiring manager wishes to continue the application process, our Recruiting Team will contact you to coordinate your interview. We will assist with any necessary travel arrangements.
- After we finalize your interview schedule, we will e-mail you a link to complete your online application, which you must finish before your interview.
- We will send you an interview packet containing sanofi-aventis information and your interview itinerary.
- You will meet with an interview panel, including an HR representative. If necessary, we may request another round of interviews.
- If we are interested in extending you an offer, your recruiter will contact you, and a written offer will follow.
- Upon acceptance, we will initiate pre-hire checks, which include a drug screen and background check. This process usually takes about 3-5 business days, and upon clearance, we will confirm your start date.
- Prior to your first day at sanofi-aventis, we will either send you a new hire packet or an e-mail containing a link that will direct you to the online new hire forms that will need to be reviewed and/or completed prior to starting your career with us.
